Naked Green Machine vs Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness
Which do you prefer?
I always thought that Bolthouse Farms tasted better than Naked, but I don’t think I’ve ever had their Green Machine.
Right now I have an aversion to all green veggies except asparagus.. because both the taste and texture bothers me. So it’s very convenient to drink them in smoothie form, the texture juiced away and the taste disguised by fruit juices. However, being pregnant I don’t feel up to making these smoothies daily. I’d rather buy a big bottle each week & just have it ready to drink when I first wake up starving.
I recently read the Green Goodness label and realized they use green tea & juices from concentrate. Not good. They have more vitamins than Green Machine.. but then again, I take a prenatal vitamin for that. I like the green smoothies because they keep me regular.
I just hope that when I try Green Machine I like the taste as much as Green Goodness. We’ll see.
